Custom Designed Charms, Beads and More

We manufacture a large variety of charms, pendants, beads and clasps. If our designs do not meet your requirements the factory has the ability to custom make the design of your choice. A drawing with dimensions is required for our model makers to create a metal prototype of your design. Please note we are wholesale manufacturers and that setup fees and a minimum production order of $500 will apply.

Our components are made using lead safe base metal. The process is centrifugal casting. Molten metal is poured into rubber molds. A machine spins the molds at high speed and the centrifugal force pushes the metal through the molds to fill the cavities. After the metal cools and solidifies the items are removed. They are then tumbled and plated in the finish of your choice – gold, silver, copper, brass, gunmetal, etc.
